Optical Component Molding
Qioptiq Polymer, Inc. is a leader in molding precision polymer optics. QPI employs an array of Toyo molding machines ranging from 35 to 300 ton, equipped with state-of-the-art hybrid robotics. This allows us to produce a vast range and size of optics, from micro-lens arrays to large heads-up display optics.

Diffractive Optics
Qioptiq Polymer, Inc.  produces high quality, reasonably priced diffractive polymer optics. Our technical and production advances in molded diffractive optics afford our customers tremendous gains in optical performance, reduced overall weight, and a decrease in the number of elements within the optical system or assembly.

Hybrid Optics
Qioptiq Polymer’s hybrid lenses provide extraordinary performance gains by incorporating combined refractive and diffractive technologies. A major defense contractor came to Qioptiq Polymer to mold their redesign of a 5 element system. The original 5 element design was very heavy, costly and cumbersome. QPI produced a single element to replace the original 5 elements.

COLLIMATING LENSES FOR LASER DIODES
Qioptiq Polymer, Inc. produces a full line of quality, standard collimating optics for laser diode applications. Our collimating optics are available with or without housings, in a variety of housing sizes.

Custom designs of collimating lenses are welcome.

Our collimating lenses are AR coated and designed to operate over a range of popular laser diode wavelengths.

For particularly demanding applications, they can be configured and optimized for any specific wavelength.
