The production process typically begins in our on-site machine shop containing a complete complement of tool manufacturing capabilities. In addition to conventional tooling machines, Qioptiq Polymer’s machine shop is outfitted with a Bridgeport 760/22 CNC machining center and supporting EDM machine, which is an Agie PC -controlled Mono 2. Toyo molding machines allow us to manufacture a wide range and size of optics.
